What will you do?

🔹 Support the financial and operational activities of startup companies

🔹 Lead onboarding processes for new companies, working with banks, authorities, insurance agents, and other professional partners

🔹 Manage and track multiple processes and tasks across various stakeholders in Israel and abroad

🔹 Support ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) administration and other operational processes related to company growth

🔹 Take ownership of processes and ensure they move forward efficiently and accurately

What are we looking for?

🔹 Previous experience in an administrative or operational role

OR

🔹 A qualified lawyer after internship who is looking to transition into an operations-focused role

🔹 Excellent English – written and spoken – a must

🔹 Strong organizational and multitasking skills

🔹 High level of ownership and ability to manage processes independently

🔹 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

🔹 Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and interfaces
