A leading financial organization is looking for a Senior Application Manager to lead mission-critical Investment & Trading systems.

This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership of core financial applications, combining technical expertise with close collaboration across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Investment & Trading systems end-to-end.

• Lead system enhancements, integrations, and production activities.

• Analyze business requirements and write functional specifications.

• Lead API-based integrations and work with DWH environments.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis.

• Work closely with business users, development teams, infrastructure, and external vendors.

• Drive continuous improvement, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications end-to-end.

• Hands-on background in software development – mandatory.

• Experience in Systems Analysis and writing specification documents.

• Strong knowledge of API, JSON, SQL, and integration technologies.

• Experience supporting production systems and solving complex technical issues.

• Proven ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.

• Mandatory experience with Investment, Trading, Capital Markets, or Core Financial Systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience limited to SAP, Dynamics, Digital, or Mainframe (MF) systems is not relevant.
