Requirements: • 2+ years of proven web design experience across web apps, websites, and advertising • Demonstrable creative design skills with a strong portfolio • Strong visual design skills and an eye for clean, simple design • Solid experience creating wireframes and storyboards from briefs • Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects in a PC-based production environment • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance creative workflows when appropriate • Passion for hardcore gaming (PC and console) Bonus points: • Experience with 3D modeling and animation • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping purposes • Ability to illustrate vector icons and figures • Ability to illustrate 2D art, characters, and concepts • Experience capturing in-game footage or gameplay • Natural resistance to scope creep, deadline dragons, and rogue content requests
